This is some of the best Mexican food I've eaten in Western Montana. The salsa that was brought out with the chips was fantastic and flavorful. I'd skip the queso, as I like mine to pack a little heat. Al Pastor is my favorite taco, and Caso Caro's marinade really packs in the flavor. I'll be ordering Pastor on my return visit and be sure to wash it down with their delicious margaritas.

Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had and in such an unexpected place. Its distance from Mexico is not indicative of its food quality. Huge portions and for a very reasonable price. The best and freshest salsa I've ever had at a Mexican restaurant.

Eat here!! Adorable and welcoming spot with DELICIOUS food. I am vegan and the chef accidentally added Parmesan to my veggie burrito (understandable). Waitress was expeditious in correcting the issue and very quick with all her service. Also has a spectacular view of a lake!

We live about an hour and a half away, but we will make sure we make another special trip out before the snow flies. The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and kind. Will definitely return!

We were traveling through the area when our hunger started to show up. We were not super optimistic that we would find a decent place to eat, but Casa Caro had excellent reviews. We decided to give it a chance. The food was excellent, and the service was very attentive. They had an exceptionally clean restroom, which is always a good indicator of how clean things are behind the scenes. They have very fair prices, but don’t expect a super cheap meal here. The taste and quality was definitely aligned with the great reviews and fair prices. They’ve got a great view of the lake, and their bar looks very well stocked. They even have some slot machines to try your luck.

Another great meal at Casa Caro. We drive up from Missoula to eat here. The queso is very tasty. Enchiladas and chili Colorado burrito were both great. Wish they had black beans as an option, but that’s my only negative. Server was super nice. This place is worth the drive.

Our families favorite place to eat in Seeley! The service is awesome and the staff is always friendly. The entrees come out pretty quick even if they are packed. The food is always consistently good. We come here every time we are in the area!
